I recently refinanced both of my mortgages as well as a home equity loan with Spring EQ. I was able to reduce my rates dramatically. On my first home my rate on a 30/Yr Fixed went from 4.5 down to 3.249. My second home mortgage went from a rate of 4.375 to 3.375 on a 30/yr fixed. The Home equity dropped from a rate of 12 down to 6.1 which enabled me to drop the term from 20 years down to 10 while still reducing the payment (70k savings over the length of the loan). The 3 refinances saved me a total of over $700/Month which in these uncertain times is huge. I find that they have products available that other banks and mortgage companies do not offer, such as the home equity on the second home. I would recommend Spring EQ to someone looking for a first mortgage or a refinance. Their mortgage professionals and their customer advocates provide excellent customer service and they made sure I got the best rates available at the time and I would certainly work with them again.
