I have had both breakfast and lunch at the Baymead...

I have had both breakfast and lunch at the Baymeadows location over the past two years at least 20 times maybe more. I only had one entree that the vegetables side was not hot. The waitress replaced it, the manager came out and apologized and was sincere and insisted my meal would be no charge despite my thanks but the veggies came out in just a few minutes later and the rest of the meatloaf dish was perfect. Still waived the meal cost. The staff has for me always been upbeat and say thank you. If I had any complaint and this is somewhat the norm for any busy eatery is the noise. Maybe restaurant designers should add noise reduction designs in the construction? A full restaurant at peak times and were all talking is loud. Some of my visits are taking my associates to lunch or a vendor and would like a little more quietness to discuss things. Otherwise zero complaints and will having breakfast tomorrow there!
