It was 100 degrees the AC stopped working first thing I did is file a maintenance request in the morning and ultimate properties provided a phone number for someone to come fix the AC but they did not have an opening until almost 4 days from today I tried to contact ultimate properties multiple times and they are not responding to the issue. I told ultimate properties that I have a disability and I cannot be in this conditions and they continue to ignore the issue I follow all the instructions process in the contract. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS.
