When we arrived we were given a room that was still dirty. Food was stuck to the table tops, on the pamphlets and info cards, hair in the bathtub, stains on the toilet seat, food and other debris on the floor, etc. I m not even sure the bed sheets were changed. We called the front desk and they told us they d send someone up to vacuum and replace the filthy coffee maker. That took over half an hour and by then we ordered food and started to realize how truly dirty the room was and that we didn t want to stay in it or eat in it while it was being clean. So we requested a new room, and they told us they would comp our meal. The person delivering the food told us that it d be taken care of when we check out. Fast forward to the next day and they did not come our food at check out, the manager refused to do so but did offer 50% off. We were furious but ready to leave the horrible experience we had at this hotel behind. The swimming pool was frigid, my daughter s lips turned blue, the hot tub was out of service, and the mattress pads weren t secured to the bed so it folded over on itself. Needless to say the folded mattress pad made sleeping uncomfortable and difficult. For a hotel stay that cost around $200, the experience was way below where it should have been. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel. The management is rude and the rooms are filthy.
