My son was a patient of the hospital and its physicians for 16 years. I hear your complaints about billing and scheduling all of which are accurate, both need a lot of work.

But if your child needs care, you will have to suffer through those two departments and encourage them to work on getting better, since as one who got second opinions all the time, CHLA was God sent. There is not another group of physicians in all of Southern California from San Francisco to San Diego who are better diagnosticians and treaters.
