Waited 15min at the check in At reception 1-2, aft...

Waited 15min at the check in At reception 1-2, after register my ic, they ask me go to the check in kiosk. Later I had to go counter 6-14 for unsuccessful kiosk check in. Then what another 15min. Then I went to my room at 16floor and found out they gave me the wrong room. Then I had to walk down back. Ridiculous. Check in itself took 1 hour. Can change name to slow-mo world hotel. And finally gave me twin bed instead of queen bed. (facepalm)
