I do not recommend applying for employment at this hospital. You will not be given the courtesy of an email or phone call to let you know they have decided to not move forward with you in the hiring process. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate to leave an applicant wondering where they stand and if they should or should not look elsewhere for opportunities. A simple, "Thank you, but no thank you," would suffice. A hospital, of all places, should be held to the highest standard in all of its business practices. To forego a basic courtesy - even to those it doesn't intend to hire or work with - is reprehensible.
