I have visited the Essendon Mazda three times to inquire about a Mazda CX 5 including today, unfortunately not a single sales person tried to approach or talk to my family and I. We were there for a reasonable amount of time and not a single employee showed any interest in wanting to assist us or inquire about our presence. We are unsure if the employees are discriminating as an employee walked right pass us and assisted a Caucasian family and went and sat down after helping them, whilst making eye contact with us, yet making no effort to assist us at all (talking specifically about the blonde lady behind the counter). Despite the fact that she was just sitting behind a desk and doing nothing.
We were there to inquire about a legitimate purchase but after this experience, I'm not going to dedicate my time or finances towards this type of pathetic service. Honestly would not recommend to anyone, especially anyone from an ethnic background as you would not be served. I would recommend management to look into improving training staff towards a more customer oriented focus knowing that your located in a really competitive location. Due to this I have now directed my focus towards one of your competitors as they know the true meaning of customer service.
