Bought a vehicle here two years ago and Keith (KT) Simpson still treats me like a valued customer every time I come in for service even though he knows I'm not there to ask about a new car. Always sends nice emails for birthdays and holidays too. Customer service is incredible across the board especially the few car washes.
Revised 9/18 - Vehicle was having starting issues I thought were related to the battery and they said it was best to bring it in. Charged me almost $400 just to replace a battery. Wish I would have just called AAA and had them replace it for $200, but the dealer insisted I had to run a $200 diagnostic labor just to check the battery. At least I know where not to go for service.
