We purchased a WRR56X18FW model refrigerator in July 2018, after 4 service calls for a cooling problem (too hot). On August 10, 2020 the technician tells us that the refrigerator is finished UNREPAIRABLE. It is not normal for a device to die after 2 years! What reliability? And in addition, it is impossible to have another identical one before January 2021. Because we have the fridge and vertical freezer duo side by side. And in addition they do not even respond to the formal notice.
