This is the worst time to visit this hotel .I visi...

This is the worst time to visit this hotel .I visited it twice before .but this time management was changed and the new staff not helpful at all .I payed extracharge about 100 dollars for my little child 3 years old although I booked a family suit and he stayed with me at the same suit with no extra bed . no services presented for this age. no gaurd at kids pool , to enter kids club , child must be more than 4 years old .they delayed my check in untill 2 pm although I arrived at 9 am to pay extracharges first .the manager of reception Mr.magdi and general manager assistant Mr.Mohammed were unhelpful at all ..
added to that the net not working all my accommodation although I asked the receptionist to fix it .
the new adminstration deals with Egyptians with less care than other nationalities
I will never come back again
very bad vacation
