I have never had to return anything since I mainly go for the videos. I love their selection on movies. They have movies I've looked for years to find. A kid in king Arthur's court etc. I have not had a bad experience there at all. They have never been anything but polite to me(even when my kids were loud). They are up front on their return policy. Also they are way cheaper on used games then anywhere else I have been.
