We purchased a 2017 F150 Lariat over the internet/phone at Nalley Ford. We had an excellent experience. They always called us back to answer our questions, and to work out the deal. We gave them an idea of when we would be arriving to get the truck. All of our paperwork was complete, but our signing, and deciding on the best warranty to get. We spent about 1 1/2 hours with Thom Hostetter as he patiently went over all the features the truck has to offer. We have not had a new truck in 14 years! Ollin Dunford, the finance director was so organized and pleasant. Thank you for making our newest family member an easy adoption process!
