I was picked up Monday 12/11/17 and never made it ...

I was picked up Monday 12/11/17 and never made it to my appt, the driver had other pick ups I was in the van for over an hour, I missed my appt so the dispatch Tiffany had driver take me home Tiffany has been nothing but helpful she resch my pick up for today 12/13/17 since I never made it to my appt Monday .. Today comes and I never was picked up smh this is so sad I would never use provide a ride again.. I have now missed two appts depending on this company to pick me up.. But Thanks Tiffany for all your help I know this isn't your fault..
