Lenovo is officially dead in the water and unable to ship computers.

Lenovo has gone downhill. I ordered 1 new business laptop in January expecting a February 10 2021 delivery. They charged me for it and the laptop never arrived. This was a $1,890.00 order.

Every day there is a new ETA on their website. I am currently being told JULY 2021 for delivery.

7 months for 1 laptop? The machine will be practically obsolete by then.

All customer service reps have absolutely no idea what is going on - they're all totally clueless. Emails go unanswered - twitter support is missing - impossible to get anyone on phone to do anything.

This is especially painful for me. I personally sold thousands of T series laptops back when ThinkPad was IBM. I personally own dozens of Thinkpads to this day.

I am really unhappy that Lenovo is totally unable to sell and ship computers.

I could not be more disappointed with Lenovo or their customer service.
