Rude. Rude. Rude.

Rude. Rude. Rude.
We were tired of getting the run around. We had been there nearly two hours, and after talking with two sales associates we were ready to speak with a manager. Evidently the manager was either "busy" or "on the phone" yet he was still able to give us offers on a car we were interested in. Needless to say, the manager refused to talk to us. Sales associates ended up being impolite and rude. We took our business two hours away where we happily dealt with Dick Hannah and bought a car from them. If your customers are willing to drive two hours away to buy a car, that should say something about your lack of customer service,
