Dr. Gabriel has been my dr for many years but it's almost impossible to get to see him. The front desk supervisor told me that I need to go to Urgent Care for my annual physical instead of scheduling appointments with Dr. Gabriel office. This woman argues with me every time I attempt to make an appointment for an exam. She makes me feel like they don't want me as a patient. In fact, she basically said they don't have time to just do basic physicals and I should go to Urgent Care. I thought my primary care physician would be the best provider for my exams. The front desk supervisor and intake reps are not kind nor friendly. No smiles, no eye contact, no empathy or attempt to even listen. It's obvious they have a problem with me and I need to find another doctor.
