I purchased a 2020 4Runner limited black on black today. I had the pleasure of dealing with New car manager Ethan YE and sales person Shirley Zhu.
Ethan and Shirley were knowledgeable and professional and also just really nice people.
They made the process easy and not frustrating and they were clearly honest and upfront about the choices, and finances.
They listened to me and made sure that I was in the right vehicle for my needs and preferences. They patiently went through a number of different options for me.
