Questions and requests take weeks and sometimes months to get answers to, or sometimes never being acknowledged at all without multiple follow ups. Contractors that perform work are not paid in a timely manner, causing me to get questioned personally and need to step in. Important events that occur on rental properties or tenants are not shared with owner. Portal lacking very basic reporting needs, including no mobile app or even a mobile friendly view. Staying up to date with my own portfolio is very difficult all around. Fees occasionally get charged that I need to question and get refunded.

Ongoing lease mgmt appears to be handled well, although hard to tell from lack of updates. TBD on long term quality of tenants placed. Did an excellent job of getting chronically late paying tenant to catch up and pay on time going forward - a huge plus.
