Long story short don't get warranty from here go through a 3rd party. Great sales team, but terrible finance team if you ever try and get any additional information or in contact with their finance team regardless of emails, voicemail, or anything less than showing up in person you will not get a response. The term finance manager should have more weight because this untimely, unprofessional, and unkindly treatment of customer is not how a business should be run.
