Sure, it's a nice big hotel with large comfortable rooms and top notch furnishings and convenience -- as you would expect in any large hotel in a major city.
What caught my attention and made the difference for us, however, was how friendly and attentive the staff were. It's huge hotel, yet when I came in they remembered my name, remembered where I was going and who I was waiting for. That small "inn" touch in a large hotel really made the difference for me.
