City hall staff execrable at each of my visits (civil status and identity papers) it took me 3 months to have an appointment to make an identity paper. Finally the day of the meeting arrives, the woman at the counter speaks very badly to me, hurries me because I forgot to fill out the form on the internet and that I did not ask for it at the reception (there is no reception indicated, only counters ...) while she even took me a little late. She asks me to go and redo my identity photos in 5 minutes (although they are up to standard), I have no change. I was finally unable to get my identity papers ... thank you the public service, I myself am a hospital official, luckily I don't treat patients like that ...
