We had this service in July 2015; while my initial review was very good and especially with Jason as the lead man, it has "bugged" me ever since that this is where my flea infestation originated!!! Yes, I have cats...they were all treated and none had fleas....determined by Vet visits....but the things I have learned about fleas makes me even more sure of what I am saying...

The in and out of the workers in the basement could very well bring them in and the vibration of the jackhammer woke up any and all fleas!!! Once they wake up...look out....!!!

My other issue is with the amount of money spent to have them come back and adjust the pump....it would NOT stop running....yes....Jason and crew did everything by the book; but not knowing the water table in the area, etc.....played a role in the need for them to come back....there really should be a one time post installation visit; to make sure all is well....

Would I hire them again? probably.....but I would have to think it through on a cost basis....It is quite expensive and the flea infestation was pricey too....but to my happiness it only took a good 3 months or so to get rid of the fleas!!!

I am sure the company would deny this flea issue to the bitter end; but there is no doubt that this work we had done was the culprit...it could happen with any kind of work being done with people coming in and out, so beware of this and be prepared.......

Spoke with Chris today, 06/24/2016....His company did do treatments for the fleas in my home. It did not "completely" work; but Chris did help to "educate" me a little further on fleas.
There were NO FLEAS here prior to the install on July 7, 2015 and according to Chris it is very likely the in and out of workers all day could in fact cause fleas to be brought in!!!
He did clarify that the actual drilling of the basement floor did not cause the fleas.
I understand a lot more about fleas than I care to admit; I know about the dormancy, etc.....and I do know that it is just one of those things that can happen when you have work done inside your home. I was not "downing" your company at all...but potential customers should be made aware of a flea issue as a possibility!!!
I appreciate that your company does in fact check their reviews and takes the time to assess them.
Chris, from Tri County, was also very helpful and more than willing to discuss this situation.
