Ordered online using car side pickup. The email instructs you to call an 855 number when you arrive and enter their store number. Then you re given choices 1-6 to press, none of which indicate car side pickup. Ended up with a nice lady at CORPORATE wondering why I didn t dial the store number. I told her it gives you the 855#. She kindly supplied me with the store number. The person who answered asked the name on order and said she would pass it on. But said I should call back if it takes too long Really? I asked her where to park and she said the side where Ladies Dept is. I was at fault for not realizing she meant right at the curb outside the doors so that s on me. I realized my mistake when the Bealls employee came out hands up wondering where I was. I flagged her down and she brought the order to the car in the handicapped spot directly in front I then thought I d share the fact that the email says to dial the wrong number. She stated yes she knew and she told her Manager. Hmmmm. Did she? If so, why isn t it fixed?
I hope someone reads this or the Corporate person cares enough to fix the email so no one needs to deal with this fiasco. They should take some advice from Publix pickup.
