We switched from ADT to Smith Thompson last month and we are glad we did. The technician who came for installation was good and explained the system thoroughly. I am also glad that there is no "waiting time" before the monitoring team is notified in case of an alarm. Our alarm accidentally went off once and I got a "local" call within seconds.
