Overall everything was good. I started taking inventory and noticed my vacuum cleaner was missing. And I was charged 75.00 because there were 14 steps instead of 12. I m like seriously he said it s more than a flight I think that is ridiculous, it s just the principle for me. I paid it though, but I feel that it should have been waived. They were a week late shipping my items and when I was finally contacted to set the delivery time I was told between 9am and 11am. I called at 10:30 to see if they still planned on making the 9-11 window and was informed they forgot to call me they were having an issue and they d be late it would be around 2pm. The movers were very courteous though and they worked fast. The overall experience was good. Victor was a pleasure to work with from the office side. The office side could have communicated better about the delay in shipping. I would use them again, I d just walk my items up the first two steps and let them handle the remaining 12 lol. They are more like 3.5 stars than 3 but they don t have half s stars and I would give the overall experience a 4 so that s why there are 3. If you need a long haul at a reasonable rate they are your guys. I m sure they do local too.
