I was very comfortable and impressed with Edgar Cruz and the Covert dealership as a whole. I began communicating with Edgar via text before finally driving to Austin to make the purchase. Edgar was very attentive & knowledgeable, answering all of my questions, sending pictures and info on multiple vehicles, and was patient with me when I changed my mind about what exactly I wanted. When I got to the dealership he had a vehicle pulled up and ready for me to view. He was very personable and never pushy. I never felt bullied or tricked into anything I didn't want, by him or the finance dept. Overall, a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend and buy from Covert again!
