Not the 4* experience I expected. Outdated lobby....

Not the 4* experience I expected. Outdated lobby.. and rooms.. furniture old .. ikea furniture. just a basic hotel. At 5*price..no coffee pots in rooms. Staff dont care at all.. not helpful
