I've worked for FVSRA for about 7 years as a Program Assistant. The tasks assigned to me were overall rewarding and gave me the overall good experience of working with and learning about people with special needs. All training sessions we're professionally done. My employment was eventually discontinued. Part of the reason was that I felt I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally by a lead staff of a Saturday event. This eventually caused me some accumulated stress. I also thought the salary raise could have been a little better considering my years of experience working with FVSRA. None the less, the activities they provide for people with special needs are considerably rewarding.
