The whole trip is simply about The Statue! Nothing more, nothing less.

First of all I came to see the Iconic Statue of liberty, didn't expect anything more than that, that statue is a major landmark. Liberty was the 'only' thing I expected.

So when I arrived at the island, its a plus points for me that theres a place to eat, have coffee, buy souvenirs and other merchandise, photo booth and friendly staff (atleast thats from my experience).

The view from top of the crown was also great, its an experience to get up there.
Getting to and off the island was easy as long as you follow the schedule provided. I didnt encounter any problem but there is a line at the port because there is a inspection going in. Its like a mini airport secirty gate.

It wouldn't take you the whole day to visit the statue so you'll have plenty of time to go around the city after.

Now if youre looking for specialty coffee, pastry, entre, acai bowls, milk tea, and new yorks best pizza, its not yet available at the island of liberty, atleast at the time of my visit, so feel free to bring your own snack if you're very specific with your type of food.
