When I first entered the store I was greeted by two women. One young lady asked if I needed help, I showed her a picture of a bag I was looking for. She told me she would have to look for the bag. My mother and I stood there hoping she would go look for the bag or tell us to look around while she went to search and see if the bag was in the store. No, she did not. Instead, she proceeded to help another set of customers. I believe this woman did not even give me a chance since I was in normal clothes and she did not believe I would purchase anything from the store.

My mother and I left the woman and proceeded to look around. We were approached my a young man who appeared to be in his early 30 s name Jade..I could be slightly off with his amazing French accent but seemed close enough. Anyways, Jade asked if we needed any help, I explained my incident with the previous sales lady. Jade immediately offered to help and looked at the photo of the purse I wanted. Jade found the purse along with the matching wallet and assisted in completing the tax free forms I needed to submit. While we waited, we were served drinks by another worker in the store. Jade showed me the nearest tax free office and placed the address in my phone. Gave us a tour of the store and showed me where my bag would be hot stamped.

If I would have left after dealing with the first woman I would have never met Jade. I do plan to travel back to this store and hope he is there to help me in the future. I am so very thankful for his help and wish some people would not judge you so quickly like the initial sales representative.
