Great location! Staff have been wonderful! Always helpful anytime we had questions. Spent entire day in the pool. Very clean pool and rooms were great!
8/21/2018 Edited to say: If you reserve this room with an outside site like Hotels.com or Priceline you better pray there's not a mistake. A mistake was made on the other party's part and the staff charged us when we got there. No big deal except I was ask for a 2nd card to put the "incidental" deposit of $25 on for the 2nd room. I was told both room deposits for incidentals could not be put on same card. I permitted them to use my card even though the room was not in my name only to find out 2 weeks after our vacation they had charged both cards for the room. When I called to fix it I was accused by the district manager of trying to steal a room from them and stay for free. I was told "if you didn't want us to charge your card you shouldn't have given it to us." I ask why they would charge $221 when they were only authorized to put a hold of $25 that would drop off 3 to 5 days after checkout when they see we didn't damage the room and they responded with "you allowed us to when you gave us your card and didn't ask at checkout for it to be removed." I was told that I could stop payment on my card but if I did they would swear a warrant out for my arrest. Really? Arrested because I ask for them to fix their mistake. Thankfully, Fantasia got on the phone and after several weeks they realized we had paid a total of approx. $550 for what should have been $250 and they fixed it by refunding my money. I would love to stay at this hotel again but will not use an outside source to book the room and will make sure they are only given one source of payment no matter what they ask for.
