I called the service department and Kia customer service several times explaining the issue with my vehicle, to insure they understood they knew problem I was having( An issue that was part of a recall) So that I would not have a large service charge. I was called back after two days and was informed I would have to pay to the have the part that was installed by another dealer myself. I called many times to avoid this issue.
