I've always had a great experience however this trip was not the same. I made an appointment, waited for 5 minutes to have someone come out and greet me even though I was the only one inn the waiting dock. I then waited for almost 2 hours to have an oil change and my tires rotated but was never told that the wait would be that long and the service lady knows I'm always on a time limit, I've used the service since I bought my vehicle. I was disappointed that even though she knew I was in a hurry, once my vehicle was up she continued to have a very long winded conversation with someone not even getting services, was there for parts.
Over all, if this was my first experience I would not be back.

Today, 7/12/17, I went in to have my vehicle serviced but didn't make an appointment. The service team quickly advised me that they may not be able to get to me at all today. The service member asked me the problem and immediately went to check my vehicle and run a quick test. They said it was a small leak from my gas cap, I had checked it, and said the light would be off in a few days. Hope they are right, but either way greatly appreciated the customer care!! Figured if I complained about the bad, then should give props for the good!
