First thing, this is hotel is great if you're attending an event at the conference center, pass if your goal is to visit the town since it's quite far and really well connected to the centre. If you fly to/from BRU it's excellent since there's a direct bus which takes about 35min and 10 . The hotel has great amenities (pool, gym, restaurant, some rooms have Nespresso machines). The experience can be different depending the room you get. Some rooms seems to have been refurbished and are sold as deluxe. That's what I got and I haven't been disappointed. The staff has always been great, providing me with extra Nespresso pod to keep me fueled of caffeine. I only regret I didn't got a high floor room like I automatically request with my IHG account but I prefer the nice room rather than having an older one with the view.
