Please read this...Do not lease from this company!!!! I am a recent/current lease holder and I would please ask you to pay close attention to this post!!!This had been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a management company. The pictures below show how they rented me a home that was in dis repair and the unprofessional attitude they have is completely against what I was shown before they had my deposit.It took them 2 weeks to begin to have things fixed and then it was done with a lot of calls and emails and still has not been completed. It takes Them a really long time to respond and then when they do they are short and rude and ask questions like your an ignorant person . I was told to send a picture of a broken doorbell.This has been the worst leasing experience of my life. I have not even lived in an ultimate properties home for more than 21 days and the problems are beginning to mount and I have been treated so poorly by this company for a lack of general care and concern for the lease holders. They leased me a Home that I was not able to view until after I had put the deposit down. After I was allowed to view the home and I voiced my concerns I was told that if I didn t want to move in I would forfeit my deposit ( who can afford to do that ). One of my biggest issues was the condition of the carpet and the conditions around the home that were supposed to be fixed after the company had my deposit for 2 weeks prior to move in. I was told after I was approved and after the deposit was agreed to be paid that the home wouldn t be ready for a few weeks . Even though they re website stated it would be ready to move on on the 15th of January . After moving I contacted them about several issues with the home. Broken garage door. Stains and burn holes all throughout the homes carpet . It still has a heavy smell of pet excrement throughout the home and carpet. I have had to purchase wax warmers and carpet fresh to cover the smell ( still has not worked)I spoke with Monique who handles all the maintenance request after you move and I was told very bluntly that the repair I was asking to be made were either not done by the property management company or that they just were not going to do it because they didn t feel it was necessary. I had already spoke with Wendy who told me that if the carpet cleaners hadn t done a good job with getting rid of the pet orders it would be addressed. Well after I was moved in I was told very bluntly by Monique that they werent coming to clean the carpet s again.I will continue to post reviews and updates as thing unfold with this company. I have already begun a complaint with the consumer protection agency and I have contacted renters assistance to look into ways I can get some help. These people know what they re doing and it s a calculated risk I dealing with them.they left garbage in the home..... stains and burn holes throughout the carpet and the list goes on and on................
