This was probably the best experience I've had with a contractor for hire. Usually I'm very critical and have nothing to be critical about.As I remain nervous because usually if it's too good to be true, it usually is!! Louis the crew leader walked through prior to any work to understand my full needs. That was comforting with the fact that I was nervous. Didn't bother the crew that I was over their shoulders early in the process. Answered all my questions professionally and shows tremendous patience and customer appreciation. They did a tremendous job start to finish and I commend Louis, Esau Aquino and the rest of the crew on a job well done. Explained the process clearly and took care of areas that I was very concerned about. (Closets) In conclusion I highly recommend them and still believe it's too good to be true.
