The application itself was not overly complicated, and our agent was kind enough to show us the apartment multiple times. However, there were some points of miscommunication/misinformation (such as when we were getting our keys, and who to send application documents to) which made the whole process more stressful. Almost a month post lease signing and there are still certain things unresolved because Myspace doesn't effectively communicate with the management company.
