I have had 1 good experience with the service department. That's it. One time service took 6 hours for an oil change and tune-up with no explanation given. Another time the tech recommended a new cabin filter, which was changed the last service visit 5k miles ago, I was told he was fired. This last time it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and coolant flush (with appt). Then was told 20 more minutes for a car wash. After 30 minutes I asked for my car and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet. I hate having my time wasted. The service rep did ask that I give her a favorable rating on a survey I would get emailed to me. I stared blankly at her. Going to Pep Boys from now on.
