Our3 night stay at the doubletree was overall a positive experience. We had the breakfast in the restaurant as par of our stay and it was very pleasant. The service was excellent and the items offered were fresh. We had a very nice room and it was cleaned when we returned every afternoon. The reason for 3 stars and not more is due to the poor elevators. We were on the 16th floor and almost every time we went to the lobby we stopped on every floor on the way down. One if the elevators had doors that would not close and it didn't stop level on some of the floors. The really poor thing about this is last time we stayed here, about 2 years ago it was the same way. I told the front desk guy they might just want to take it out of service and he just kind of shrugged it off, just like last time. Next time we may stay at an embassy suite or garden inn.
