The CHC is a very nice place to see a lot of arts of various forms from different African tribes and modern artists. Though there are different entities on the site, the main building is mostly a huge gallery (over 5 floors) while the other buildings are mainly stores for African-style modern art pieces and special souvenirs. It's a great place to visit and see African art, you can easily spend some hours browsing paintings, statues furniture and more - only you won't get a lot of information on African history and heritage like you might expect it from the name. Nevertheless, one of the go-to places in Arusha - go and explore yourself.
