I got wings to go and they weren't even cooked all...

I got wings to go and they weren't even cooked all the way. When I bit into them they were still pink. I called to let them know and the girl put me on hold and I could hear her talk to the manager. She said somebody is complaining about the wings and he said "God people are picky". When he got on the phone I let him know I could hear what he said and he said oh, I was talking about someone else. Needless to say I'll never be back.
