I just bought my first BMW from BMW of Mountain View. The sales man, Kal, is very nice and patient helping me out going through the whole process. Since this is my first luxury car and the information seems overwhelming in the beginning, but Kal and the BMW genius gentleman from the store makes the process easy and clear. And unlike my previous experience, they did not push or trick me in terms of the price.
