Booked this months ago. Got an email 2 days prior to our flight saying they overbooked and put us in another hotel not nearby. I called Iberostar customer service and they were 0 help and showed no remorse for the change of plans and location. Now we will be vacationing without our friends. You think they would show some remorse, sympathy or concession for overbooking, then letting us know only 2 days prior. I understand things happen, but at-least try to make it right to the customer.
