This was my second time there, and still not impressed. Service is horrible. The first time we walkd out after sitting for awhile and never getting any service.
This time service was just as slow. Stood at the bar for about 15 min before my order was taken, someone else in my party was waiting for the bartender to fix the drink she made wrong when I walked up.
After she finally took my order it was another 10 min before she made it. Then she over charged my credit card by double, I brought it to her attention and she fixed it, when I asked for a receipt of proof for the voided sale, she replied "You don't need it"
I told her I did. That was more time I had to wait as she had to go upstairs to talk to the manager. She finally came down with a copy of my receipt. At this point I've lready missed about 35-40 min of my friends birthday celebration.
Once again not impressed with the service or the way the situation was handled.
