I purchased 1 apartment and the Studion One building is not good. Handover of 350 sqft with more then 40 problems. After almost 1 years water is coming out of the main walls. Bad quality and bad installtion.
STAY IN ONE OF THEIR PROJECTS BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING.

During purchase you get treated well ut afterwards you are justa stupid paying person.
Sales confirmed a full marina view but this offer had no view. Even higher manager and CEO is not taking care and can not give any gurantee for what they are saying.
