This will have been the second time I've taken a vehicle to the Hazelwood group to be worked on, once at the Jeep shop and once at the Buick shop. Both places ended up doing work that I did not authorize or even know about until I arrived to pay the bill, and I am not talking about a few dollars. Each one padded the bill by over $1000.00 dollars. Imagine my surprise, twice no less! What are you going to do when they have your vehicle other than pay the bill. Very unethical place and certainly will not be going back a third time to be robbed.
