BBB Houston will deny even sending the company your complaint and will go as far as lying to say BBB doesn't handle the type of complaint you sent.

I filed a complaint just yesterday that I know for a fact that BBB accepts and handles because I had a similar complaint just last week that their Chicago offense handled well.

For some odd reason BBB Houston rejects complaints. They are probably in cahoots with the company being that they are both in Houston.
