Scott's presentation in Ottawa today (20 Sep 14) re-inforced our desire to create wealth through real-estate. Simple logic of getting something basic and then making it better and more attractive is bound to increase the value. The rest of the ideas (setting goals, plan for the future, having the energy and flexibility, and, work with like-minded people) were reminders of how to make this work. Key to it all?
