I've never had a good experience here. Last time I went in for an oil change and they told me my oil pan was dented in and they couldn't change my oil. I had to pay for an upper and below oil pan and then pay for them to replace the lower. Even though I paid for the upper I didn't get to take the part home. I chose not to replace the upper becuase they wanted 250 in labor costs. This was also after taking it to them three previous times and the oil pan had clearly been dented for a few months. Someone dented it while I was deployed and didn't fess up. They also promised a 48hr turn around. At 48hrs I called to be told it had not been started. They have some excuse then called an hour later to say it was done and apologized. I also have never gotten my oil changed in under two hours. I'm mad this is the only dealership near me otherwise I wouldn't come here. They always say sorrry but will NEVER compensate you.... ever. They always say one thing but never change. I would be embarrassed to have my name on this service department. Oh also when my wiring harness was chewed through by rats they fixed it with my insurance companies money but my horn didn't work anymore they claimed it was my fault then told me the wreaked driver must have disconnected it.... no he didn't you did... fess up to it and move on. I encourage anyone who has had the same experience at the "express lane" to call mopar and complain. They agreed this is unacceptable behavior and with enough complaints this dealership will lose its license.
